NOVELTY - Cell culture vessel comprises (a) a base substrate, (b) at least one deposited graphene layer provided on the base substrate, and (c) a culture substrate comprising at least one electrostimulation input terminal coupled to a working electrode to transmit electrical stimuli to deposited graphene layer. USE - The cell culture vessel is useful for directly applying electrical stimulation to cultured cells. ADVANTAGE - The cell culture vessel improves cell culture uniformity, facilitates long-term storage while minimizing contamination, provides high binding compatibility with cells, and improves cell culture efficiency.
