▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves forming multiple alternate laser processing areas and multiple laser distributed processing areas using pulse laser processing line array pattern on a surface of a substrate. Material in the form of nano particles deposited on the laser processing area are removed and moved to a laser un-processing area. A metal film is deposited on the substrate. Graphene is transferred to a nano metal structured surface. PMMA solution is added to completely cover the graphene. A graphene/metal composite structure surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate is obtained. USE - Large-area graphene/metal composite structure surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing quick, high efficiency and low cost manufacturing process. The method enables realizing prepared SERS substrate that has high sensitivity and better consistency.
