▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing composite modified functionalized graphene modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion, involves (a) preparing graphene oxide (A) using improved Hummers method, modifying graphene oxide (A) using modifier and diisocyanate to obtain composite modified graphene oxide (B), preparing aqueous polyurethane prepolymer (C) by taking diisocyanate, polyether diol and hydrophilic chain extender as raw materials, and (b) adding composite modified functionalized graphene (B) to aqueous polyurethane prepolymer (C) in stirring condition to obtain intermediate emulsion (D), and adding deionized water to intermediate emulsion (D) to obtain composite modified functionalized graphene modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion. USE - The method is used for preparing composite modified functionalized graphene modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively increases the grafting rate of amino groups on surface of graphene oxide, and increases the active sites for reaction between functionalized graphene oxide and aqueous polyurethane, and the prepared emulsion is stable and has excellent nanoparticle dispersion, mechanical properties, heat resistance, electrical conductivity and surface properties.
