NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial plastic comprises (1) adding graphene, zinc oxide and titanium dioxide powder into deionized water, stirring for 1-2 hours, filtering and drying to obtain antibacterial agent, (2) adding polyvinyl chloride, polycarbonate, polybutylene terephthalate, oleic acid amide, coupling agent and stabilizer into the reactor, heating to 160-180℃ under stirring, stirring and mixing evenly, adding the antibacterial agent, and continuously stirring to obtain mixed material, (3) naturally cooling the mixture to 100-120℃, adding plasticizer and curing agent, and stirring evenly, and (4) cooling the mixture material, and stirring until the material temperature is 50-80℃, adding into an extruder, extruding, rolling and molding at 150-230℃ to obtain an antibacterial plastic. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial plastic, which is useful in stationery product, catering product, packaging article and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to operate, and provides antibacterial plastic with good mechanical performance and elasticity, strong thermal resistance, long lasting time, and good mildew-proof effect.
