NOVELTY - Composite anti-hydrogen permeation coating comprises: a bottom layer and a surface layer disposed on the bottom layer, where the bottom layer is a molybdenum disulfide coating, and the surface layer is a modified fluorine-containing coating. USE - The composite anti-hydrogen permeation coating is used for hydrogen transmission pipelines, preferably pipeline steel (all claimed) useful in hydrogen energy industry. ADVANTAGE - The coating has strong hydrogen permeation resistance, under the temperature of 500℃ which can stably exist not react with the hydrogen, and has the potential as a novel hydrogen blocking layer. The coating can effectively prolong the service life of the hydrogen transmission pipeline and improve the safety of the pipeline operation. The coating preparation technique is simple, and low in cost . DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the coating, involving (a) preparation of bottom layer by mixing molybdenum disulfide powder and dispersant evenly, and ultrasonically mixing and stirring for 20-60 minutes to obtain component A, adding binder to component A, stirring evenly at 600-1200rpm, heating in vacuum to 55-80℃, keeping warm for 60-300minutes, and obtaining component B, melting the component B into diluent and adding curing agent, and stirring evenly at 800-1500 rpm to obtain molybdenum dioxide coating, spraying the molybdenum dioxide coating on the surface of the hydrogen pipeline substrate, and keeping it warm at 160-250℃ for 20-90 minutes after spraying, and (b) preparation of the surface layer by modifying the fluorine-containing coating with graphene oxide, where the addition amount of graphene oxide is 0.1%-5%, and the rotation speed is 800-1500 rpm to disperse for 10-60 minutes to obtain the modified fluorine-containing coating, after drying the bottom layer prepared in step (a) completely, spraying the modified fluorine-containing coating on the surface of the bottom layer, and finally baking to form a stable surface layer.
