NOVELTY - The method involves coating a nano titanium dioxide dispersion coating on an electric conduction substrate. An oxidation graphene coating of the electric conduction substrate is removed. A primary film is formed in an electric conduction base surface. UV light irradiation is carried out for primary film to obtain oxidation reduced graphene film. The nano titanium dioxide dispersion coating is made by oxidizing graphene dispersion liquid and nano titanium dioxide mix, or oxidizing graphene dispersion liquid and nano titanium dioxide dispersion mix. USE - Method for preparing a graphene oxidation reduced electrode for a dye-sensitized solar energy battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables avoiding usage of poisonous chemical reagent to reduce reaction temperature so as to increase safety factor, thus simplifying electrode preparation process to increase electrode preparation efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The electric conduction substrate is electric conduction glass, indium tin oxide electric conduction glass, or tin indium oxide or indium tin oxide plating. The dispersant is made of ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, dimethylformamide or acetone.
