NOVELTY - Saggar comprises a saggar base body and a protective layer that is coated on an inner surface of the saggar base body. The saggar base body is composed of 50-60 pts. wt. aluminosilicate mineral powder, 10-15 pts. wt. boron nitride, 20-25 pts. wt. clay, 2.5-5 pts. wt. zirconium oxide micro powder, 2.5-5 pts. wt. aluminum oxide micro powder, 5-10 pts. wt. adhesive i.e. alkaline silica sol, sodium silicate and/or carboxymethyl cellulose, and 10-15 pts. wt. water. The protective layer is composed of 20-35 pts. wt. aluminosilicate mineral powder, 10-15 pts. wt. boron nitride, 10-15 pts. wt. carrageenan, 2.5-5 pts. wt. nano-zirconium oxide, 2.5-5 pts. wt. nano-aluminum oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. talc, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene and 25-35 pts. wt. water. The aluminosilicate mineral powder is mullite and/or cordierite. USE - Saggar for preparing lithium aluminum titanium phosphate solid electrolyte material used in electronic industry i.e. electric automobile, portable electronic device and large-scale energy storage network. ADVANTAGE - The saggar effectively prevents reaction of raw material and saggar when the lithium aluminum titanium phosphate is fired, which is easy to break away from saggar main body in the saggar, thus prolonging service life of the saggar.
