NOVELTY - The device has a double-functional molecule (3) whose one end is connected with a graphite structure (2) and another end is connected with quantum dots (4). The molecule is utilized for modifying structure of a single layer or multiple layers. The graphite structure is horizontally or vertically connected with a cathode electrode (1). USE - Flexible graphene quantum dot LED device. ADVANTAGE - The device has accelerated cavity transmission rate, and reduces starting voltage to improve service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a flexible graphene quantum dot LED device manufacturing method.
