NOVELTY - Heat conducting composite filler, comprises a heat conducting main material and a heat conducting auxiliary materials, where the heat conducting main material is metal oxide, and the heat conducting auxiliary material is inorganic nanometre material. USE - The composite filler is useful in shell materials of LED lighting, communication equipment, electrical and electronic industry, household appliances, and new energy vehicles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite filler ensures dispersion is uniform; improves thermal conductivity; reduces additive amount; has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.
