NOVELTY - Graphene-aliphatic polyurethane composite adhesive comprises expanded graphene and aliphatic acrylic polyurethane in mass ratio of (0.125-0.4):100.2. USE - Graphene-aliphatic polyurethane composite adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-aliphatic polyurethane composite adhesive has simple operation and simple process, the material has excellent performance and strong adaptive capacity to environment, which solves the defect issues of leakage concave, jump and opposite joint generated by riveting piece of aircraft envelope to some extent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-aliphatic polyurethane composite adhesive comprises (A) preparing graphene by thermal expansion and ultrasonic vibration method to obtain expansion graphene; (B) mixing and stirring the expanded graphene and the aliphatic acrylic polyurethane component according to the mixing ratio uniformly to obtain a mixture A; (C) adding the aliphatic acrylic polyurethane component B to the mixture A, and stirring to obtain the mixture B, where based on the volume ratio, the aliphatic acrylic polyurethane component A and the aliphatic acrylic polyurethane component B is 10: 1; and obtaining a liquid graphene-aliphatic polyurethane composite material adhesive; and (D) coating liquid graphene-aliphatic polyurethane composite material adhesive on the surface or inside of the component to be treated, curing at room temperature, and obtaining a graphene-aliphatic polyurethane composite material adhesive coating.
