NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene copper composite conductor involves washing bright yellow oxide graphite solution, centrifugally-washing, ultrasonically-dispersing graphite, transferring graphene solution to reaction vessel, adding iron powder and concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring, washing, freeze-drying, grinding and sieving graphene powder, mixing graphene powder, copper powder and zirconium powder, compacting and sealing, then pressing into prefabricated block, placing prefabricated block in a vacuum furnace, reacting and dripping furnace temperature to room temperature. USE - Preparation of graphene copper composite conductor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene copper composite conductor with reduced blocking action of electronic transmission and graphite-electric resistivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene copper composite conductor involves mixing and stirring 250 g natural graphite, 4.5 L concentrated sulfuric acid and 0.5 L concentrated phosphoric acid, dripping 500 g potassium permanganate and reacting at less than 20 degrees C, sealing the reactor and heating at 85-90 degrees C for 2-3 hours, removing product from the bottom of the reactor, diluting into 40L solution, adding 0.6 L hydrogen peroxide to bright yellow oxide graphite solution, centrifugally-washing, adjusting pH of 5-6 and removing impurity ions, ultrasonically-dispersing graphite, transferring 2 L 0.5 mg/mL graphene solution to a reaction vessel, adding 12-36 g iron powder and 0.8-1.8 L concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring at 75-90 degrees C for 4-5 hours, allowing to standstill, washing with hydrochloric acid to remove residual iron powder, then washing with water, freeze-drying, grinding and sieving graphene powder, mixing graphene powder, copper powder and zirconium powder, compacting and sealing, then pressing into prefabricated block, placing prefabricated block in a vacuum furnace, reacting at 1250-1300 degrees C for 50-100 minutes at pressure of 1-20 Pa and dripping furnace temperature to room temperature.
