▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity electromagnetic shielding polyarylether composite fibers based on electrospinning technology comprises mixing polyaryletherketone, filler and organic solvent to obtain spinning solution, where the filler is carbon nanotube material and graphene nanosheet material, performing electrospinning on the spinning solution to obtain high thermal conductivity electromagnetic shielding polyarylether composite fibers. USE - The polyarylether composite material is used in field of aerospace, automobile or electronic packaging, medical, petrochemical industry and mechanical fields. ADVANTAGE - The polyarylether composite fiber has excellent heat-conducting performance and electromagnetic shielding performance, and provides stable transmission channel for phonon and electron, reduces interface thermal resistance, and enhances the reflection and absorption loss of the electromagnetic wave, and improving the shielding efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: high thermal conductivity electromagnetic shielding polyarylether composite fibers prepared by the above method; and polyarylether composite material obtained by pressing the polyarylether composite fiber with high thermal conductivity and electromagnetic shielding.
