NOVELTY - Graphene-based MS sealant construction technique comprises (S1) cleaning up seam position, (S2) using foam strips to fill cracks at the joint position, where the width of the foam strips is greater than 25% of crack width, (S3) setting a backing material at the crack, and the backing material is a polyethylene strip, (S4) pasting textured paper on edge of the 45° chamfered crack, (S5) brushing primer on the crack position, where the primer is only brushed once to form a layer of primer, allowing to stand under the sun until the primer is completely dry, (S6) filling the gun nozzle and cut it to 45°, extruding MS sealant from the nozzle, and moving slowly and uniformly along the same direction at the crack, covering MS sealant, and pulling glue from other directions, (S7) using a scraper to perform initial pressing and smoothing along opposite direction of glue injection, and decorating surface of seam, and (S8) removing the textured paper after sealing construction. USE - The method is useful for graphene-based MS sealant construction technique, which is used in building material. Can also be used in roofing material, door material and window material. ADVANTAGE - The method can realize the maximization of the waterproof effect of the assembled building seam by the improved MS-sealing glue combined with the related construction technique. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: MS sealing glue for graphene-based MS sealant construction technology comprising 25% resin, 15.5% plasticizer, 50% calcium carbonate, 5% carbon black, 1% graphene, 0.5% silane-terminated polyether, 1.5% dehydrating agent, 1% adhesion enhancer, and 0.5% catalyst; and a method for preparing MS sealing glue for graphene-based MS sealant construction technology comprising fully mixing graphene and resin, adding graphene and silane-terminated polyether during stirring, continuously stirring for 1 minute, adding dehydrating agent and plasticizer, mixing and stirring for 1 minute, continuously adding calcium carbonate and carbon black, mixing and stirring for 2 minutes, then adding catalyst, mixing and stirring for 1 minute to obtain MS sealing glue .
