NOVELTY - Graphene/silicon composite cathode of lithium ion battery comprises copper foil which has multi-layer structure which comprises phase between graphene layer and silicon/carbon nano-tube layer that includes silicon nano particles and carbon nano tube which is coated on silicon nano particle. The graphene/silicon composite cathode of lithium ion battery is prepared by putting graphene in water, adding peracetic acid in binder to obtain graphene slurry, soaking copper foil at normal temperature in organic acid or hydrogen peroxide. USE - Graphene/silicon composite cathode of lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/silicon composite cathode of lithium ion battery improves conductivity of electrode which has high specific capacity, kulun efficiency, good cycle performance and stable cycle performance characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene/silicon composite cathode of lithium ion battery comprises copper foil which has multi-layer structure which comprises phase between graphene layer and silicon/carbon nano-tube layer that includes silicon nano particles and carbon nano tube which is coated on silicon nano particle. The graphene/silicon composite cathode of lithium ion battery is prepared by putting graphene in water, adding peracetic acid in binder to obtain graphene slurry, soaking copper foil at normal temperature in organic acid or hydrogen peroxide and then transferring to hydrogen peroxide, washing by de-ionized water, drying to obtain surface modified by copper foil. The carbon nano-tube slurry is stirred and dispersed in water, added silicon particle, dispersed uniformly, added BYK dispersant, stirred to obtain dispersion of silicon/carbon nano tube, dried to form graphene layer, dispersed into silicon/carbon nano tube, sprayed by spraying gun and dried graphene surface to obtain pole piece. The obtained graphene slurry of pole piece is dispersed into silicon/carbon nano tube and then coated graphene and rolled by roll press rolling, sliced, dried to obtain graphene/silicon composite cathode of lithium ion battery.
