▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene fluorine modified epoxy self-layering powder coating comprises base material, filler, graphene and additives, where the ratio of the base material to the filler is (0.5-3), and the mass of the graphene is 1-5% of the total mass of the base material and filler. The mass of the additive is 1-10% of the total mass of the base material and filler. The base material includes phenolic epoxy powder resin, fluorocarbon powder resin, modified bisphenol A epoxy resin, polyurethane resin and aliphatic closed polyisocyanate. The filler includes flake zinc powder and spherical zinc powder. USE - Graphene fluorine modified epoxy self-layering powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene fluorine modified epoxy self-layering powder coating improves the shielding and anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene fluorine modified epoxy self-layering powder coating, which involves: (A) mixing base material, fillers other than flaky zinc powder, graphene and additives according to the set ratio, stirring to obtain a uniform mixture; (B) melting and extruding the homogeneous mixture at a temperature of 100-130 degrees C to obtain a hot-melt mixture; (C) compressing hot melt mixture into continuous flakes, cooling to normal temperature, and then crushing into small flakes with an average length of 1 mm to 2 mm, grinding and sieving to obtain mixed powder; and (D) mixing mixed powder and flake zinc powder in proportion, at the binding temperature of 60-80 degrees C, where the binding current is from 4 to 5.5A for 50-70 minutes to obtain finished product.
