NOVELTY - Preparation method of methylated polythiophene electromagnetic material involves adding thiophene to chloroform, stirring, adding (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, ultrasonically treating, distilling to remove chloroform to obtain an aminated monomer, adding aminated monomer to a hydrogen peroxide solution, adding graphene to sulfuric acid solution, adding potassium permanganate, filtering, washing the precipitate with water, drying, adding precipitate to a hydrogen peroxide solution of aminated monomer, stirring, heating, adding oleic acid and stirring to obtain a graphene monomer solution. USE - Method is useful for the preparation of methylated polythiophene electromagnetic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures economical, rapid and simple preparation of the methylated polythiophene electromagnetic material in an environmentally-friendly manner, and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of methylated polythiophene electromagnetic material involves adding 60-70 pts. wt. thiophene to 6-9 times chloroform, uniformly stirring, adding 3-4 pts. wt. (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, carrying out ultrasonic treatment at 45-50 degrees C for 1-2 hours, distilling to remove chloroform to obtain an aminated monomer, adding the aminated monomer to a hydrogen peroxide solution, uniformly stirring, adding 90-100 pts. wt. graphene to 96-98% sulfuric acid solution, uniformly stirring, adding 50-60 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, stirring at 25-30 degrees C for 16-20 hours, filtering, washing the precipitate with water, drying at room temperature, adding precipitate to a hydrogen peroxide solution of aminated monomer, stirring for 1-2 hours, heating at 70-75 degrees C, adding 6-9 pts. wt. oleic acid, stirring for 40-50 minutes to obtain a graphene monomer solution, adding 1-2 pts. wt. acrylamide to 20-30 times deionized water, uniformly stirring, mixing with graphene monomer solution, ultrasonically treating for 10-15 minutes to obtain graphene monomer amide solution, mixing 10-12 pts. wt. ferrous chloride tetrahydrate and 20-30 pts. wt. ferric chloride hexahydrate, adding the mixture to 13-20 times of 24-30% aqueous formaldehyde solution, uniformly stirring to obtain a magnetic aqueous formaldehyde solution, adding the graphene monomer amide solution to a reaction kettle, adding the magnetic formaldehyde aqueous solution, introducing nitrogen, dripping aqueous ammonia solution, adjusting the pH value to be 9.5-10, carrying out heat preservation at 10-15 degrees C for 10-15 hours, stirring for 120-150 minutes, adding 5-7 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol and 2-3 pts. wt. anhydrous calcium chloride, heating at a temperature of 65-70 degrees C and a vacuum degree of 0.1 MPa for 10-15 minutes, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 160-170 degrees C for 6-7 hours, discharging, filtering, washing the precipitate with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, and drying at 60-65 degrees C to obtain the methylated polythiophene electromagnetic material.
