NOVELTY - A composite anode material comprises reduced graphene oxide coated material including lithium-nickel-cobalt-aluminum compound. USE - Composite anode material is useful in lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite anode material has excellent conductivity, discharge capacity, cycle performance, thermal stability and absorption peak temperature, and can be prepared with high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite anode material comprises reduced graphene oxide coated material including lithium-nickel-cobalt-aluminum compound of formula: LiNixCoyAl1-x-yO2. x = 0.8-1;and y = 0.01-0.2. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite anode material, which involves dispersing reduced graphene oxide coated material in solvent and mixing.
