USE - Method is useful for preparing graphene nanobelt fiber using three-dimensional solution printing technology (claimed), where the graphene nanobelt fiber is useful in energy storage devices, photovoltaic devices and sensors. ADVANTAGE - The method enables industrial preparation of the graphene nanobelt fiber with high flexibility and excellent tensile strength of 90-100 MPa in a simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for preparing graphene nanobelt fiber using three-dimensional solution printing technology involves adding multi-walled carbon nanotubes to a mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid, adding potassium permanganate, reacting at a temperature of 55-80 degrees C for 1-5 hours, adding an ice water solution containing hydrogen peroxide to dilute the solution, centrifuging at high speed to separate solid and liquid to obtain a solid product, washing the solid product with hydrochloric acid and then deionized water to neutral, suction filtering, vacuum drying to obtain graphene nanobelt, dispersing the graphene nanobelts in high purity deionized water in a mass ratio of 5-20 mg:1 ml to obtain a graphene nanobelt printing solution, transferring the graphene nanobelt printing solution to a three-dimensional liquid printer according to the preset fiber shape and size, printing the graphene nanobelt printing solution into the coagulation bath of ethyl acetate through the print head for 0.5-1 hour, taking out, and drying at 80-90 degrees C in an oven box to obtain the graphene nanobelt fiber.
