▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Conductive-type lubricating grease comprises 55-75 pts. wt. butter, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. white oil, 9-10 pts. wt. ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, 10-15 pts. wt. sulfurized isobutene, 10-16 pts. wt. sorbitol, 5-6 pts. wt. birch leaf terpene acid and 5-9 pts. wt. sulfonated alkylphenol calcium. USE - Conductive-type lubricating grease (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive-type lubricating grease has high viscosity, is not easy to run, and is durable and efficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for producing conductive-type lubricating grease, which involves adding birch leaf terpene acid, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate and sorbitol to a reaction kettle, stirring and heating at 50-60 degrees C, continuously stirring for 10 minutes to obtain a mixture (I), adding butter to the mixture (I), heating under stirring condition at 80-90 degrees C so that butter is evenly distributed in the mixture to obtain a mixture (II), adding graphene and sulfurized isobutene to the mixture (II), heating the mixture at 100-130 degrees C, continuously heating the mixture at 140-150 degrees C, adding white oil, continuously stirring for 30 minutes so that the white oil is uniformly distributed in the mixture, adding sulfonated alkylphenol calcium, heating at 180-190 degrees C under stirring condition, and homogenizing to obtain the finished product.
