NOVELTY - Ultraviolet aging resistant outdoor protective coating, comprises 43-65 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 52-80 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 4.5-27 pts. wt. aging-resistant reinforcing auxiliary agent, 5-24 pts. wt. filler, 0.4-2.2 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5-3.7 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 43-70 pts. wt. solvent. The epoxy resin is bisphenol a type epoxy resin or bisphenol F type epoxy resin. The fluorocarbon resin is PVDF fluorocarbon resin or FEVE fluorocarbon resin. The filler is barium sulfate. The curing agent comprises ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine, dicyandiamide and adipic dihydrazide. The leveling agent is any one of BYK-3550, BYK-356 and BYK-358N, and/or BYK-363P. The antifoaming agent is defoaming agent GP330 or defoaming agent FAG470. The solvent comprises xylene, cyclohexanone, n-butyl acetate and/or ethyl acetate. USE - Used as ultraviolet aging resistant outdoor protective coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent weather resistance, adhesion strength and prolonged service life; uses the aging-resistant reinforcing auxiliary agent as multi-effect enhanced active ingredient to improves the ultraviolet aging resistant, waterproof and anti-corrosion performance; and ensure the protective effect to the substrate.
