▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional graphene-zinc oxide composite nano paper, comprises (1) printing design pattern on chromatographic paper using computer software designed hydrophobic wax print pattern through wax printer and placing printed chromatography paper in and oven, then melting wax at 150 degrees C for 30 seconds, and shaping into hydrophobic region to obtain paper substrate, (2) dissolving Hummers synthesized graphene oxide in a secondary water under ultrasonic condition to obtain 0.25-0.5 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion solution, (3) preparing graphene paper, and (4) preparing final product. USE - The three-dimensional graphene-zinc oxide composite nano paper is useful in photoelectrochemical sensing field. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene-zinc oxide composite nano paper: accelerate charge transfer and improves photoelectric conversion efficiency; has excellent functional nano materials and load signaling molecules. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing three-dimensional graphene-zinc oxide composite nano paper, comprising growthing zinc oxide nano-rod on the surface of graphene paper, preparing 30-60 mM zinc acetate solution using ethanol as a solvent, spin coating the zinc acetate solution on the surface of graphene paper, where the spin coating rotating speed is 1000 revolutions/minute, and the time is 30-60 seconds, then drying at 120 degrees C for 10 minutes, repeating the spin coating and drying process for 5-8 times, placing the obtained graphene paper in an autoclave containing 15 ml mixed solution of 20-25 mM zinc nitrate and 25-30 mM hexamethylene tetramine, reacting at 80-90 degrees C for 6-9 hours, cooling naturally to room temperature, then washing using secondary water to obtain graphene-zinc oxide nano rod composite nano paper, and (2) placing the graphene-zinc oxide nano rod composite nano paper in an autoclave containing 0.5-1 mM sodium citrate, 5-10 mM hexamethylene tetramine and 5-10 mM zinc nitrate, reacting at 70-80 degrees C for 4-6 hours, cooling naturally to room temperature, then washing with secondary water, and drying naturally at room temperature to obtain final product.
