NOVELTY - The homogenizer has housing (10) for surrounding the impact head in a manner to form a gap between the impact head and the housing through which a fluid may flow. The impact head comprises a sloped impact head (40) with a sloped geometry. The sloped impact head has a sloped geometry including conical, pyramidal, frustro-conical, or frustro-pyramidal geometry. The impact head comprises a pneumatic mechanism configured to move the impact head within the housing. The impact head is configured to rotate within the housing. The atomic scale material comprises a laminar material. The bulk material comprises solid particles of graphite, hexagonal boron nitride or molybdenum disulphide, or an aqueous suspension of graphite. USE - Homogenizer with impact head and fluid pathway for processing fluids and aqueous suspended materials to produce graphene i.e. two-dimensional allotrope of carbon and good candidate for electronic devices used in powder industry. ADVANTAGE - The efficiently and yield of homogenizer is improved. The yield of the homogenisation process is increased. The method can ensure the force of the fluid flow is spread over the widest possible area. The force exerted on the fluid within the channel is increased.
