NOVELTY - A graphene/carbon nanotube synergistically reinforced polyethylene tube comprises 40-60 pts. wt. high density polyethylene, 30-40 pts. wt. active nano-powder, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene microchips, 3-8 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 5-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.5-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate) and 0.3-1 pt. wt. MB218 anti-ultraviolet agent. The active nano powder is nano calcium carbonate, nano silica, nano alumina or nano titania. The carbon nanotubes is surface carboxylated single-walled carbon nanotubes, surface carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes, surface hydroxylated single-walled carbon nanotubes or surface hydroxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The compatibilizer is maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene or maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene. The lubricant is polyethylene wax, ethylenebis(stearamide), stearic acid or paraffin wax. USE - Graphene/carbon nanotube synergistically reinforced polyethylene tube. ADVANTAGE - The tube can be prepared by a simple method. The graphene/carbon nanotube synergistically reinforced polyethylene tube has enhanced tensile strength and thermal conductivity of the polyethylene tube. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/carbon nanotube synergistically reinforced polyethylene tube which involves acidifying 2-4 pts. wt. graphene microchips with 10-18 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid/concentrated nitric acid in a volume ratio of 3:1, refluxing for 6 hours, filtering, vacuum drying at 60 degrees C to obtain mixed acidified graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide and 3-8 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes in tetrahydrofuran, uniformly mixing, removing solvent to obtain graphene/carbon nanotube powder having a tangled three-dimensional network structure formed in advance, uniformly mixing 40-60 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 20-40 pts. wt. active nano-powder, obtained graphene/carbon nanotube powder, 5-10 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.5-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate) and 0.3-1 pt. wt. MB218 anti-ultraviolet agent, extrusion granulating and injection molding.
