NOVELTY - Positive electrode sheet (10) includes a current collector (22) comprising a coating region and a non-coating region other than the coating region, a resistance layer provided on the current collector and comprising a conductive agent and a first binder. A positive electrode active material layer (11) comprising the positive electrode active material, a conductive agent, and a second binder. A resistance of the resistance layer (33) is greater than a resistance of the positive electrode active material layer, and in a cross section of the positive electrode sheet a projection of a portion of the positive electrode active material layer on the current collector overlaps with a projection of the resistance layer on the current collector, and a projection of another portion of the positive electrode active material layer on the current collector does not overlap with the projection of the resistance layer on the current collector. USE - Positive electrode sheet for a secondary battery, electrical apparatus, battery module and battery pack (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The positive electrode sheet has conductive agent layer, that can reduce the resistance of a portion where the conductive agent layer is provided on the current collector, to improve the charge and discharge rate, and relieving the problem of power performance degradation due to the arrangement of the resistance layer to the battery, and finally further improving power performance of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. a secondary battery, comprises a positive electrode, the positive electrode comprising a positive electrode sheet comprising a current collector comprising a coating region and a non-coating region other than the coating region, a resistance layer disposed on the current collector and comprising a conductive agent and a first binder, but not comprising a positive electrode active material, a positive electrode active material layer comprising the positive electrode active material, a conductive agent, and a second binder; and 2. a battery module, comprises a secondary battery comprising a positive electrode, the positive electrode comprising a positive electrode sheet comprising a current collector comprising a coating region and a non-coating region other than the coating region.
