NOVELTY - Producing metal-graphene thermally conductive film, comprises (i) forming a graphene film, and (ii) forming a composite film. The step (i) is carried out by forming a graphene film by spraying an aqueous graphene dispersion on a copper foil, coating, drying at 80-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, pressing using a fully automatic press, squeezing, and peeling using a fully automatic joining separator. The step (ii) is carried out by thermal spray coating metal film on graphene film by metal vacuum ion coating method using a sputtering deposition apparatus; or spraying insulating material on metal film. USE - The method is useful for producing metal-graphene thermally conductive film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing metal-graphene thermally conductive film, comprises (i) forming a graphene film, and (ii) forming a composite film. The step (i) is carried out by forming a graphene film by spraying an aqueous graphene dispersion on a copper foil, coating, drying at 80-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, pressing using a fully automatic press, squeezing, and peeling using a fully automatic joining separator. The step (ii) is carried out by thermal spray coating the metal film on the graphene film by metal vacuum ion coating method using a sputtering deposition apparatus; or spraying an insulating material on the metal film at 450-500 degrees C under an inert gas atmosphere. The insulating material is trischloro-isopropyl phosphate polymer material having molecular weight of 1000000-1400000. The thickness ratio of the graphene film and the metal film is 9:1. The metal film is made of a copper film or aluminum film.
