▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/copper composite material comprises (1) mixing graphene with a polar solvent to obtain a graphene dispersion after solid-liquid separation, (2) mixing the dispersed graphene with an oxidizing agent, and performing an oxidation reaction to obtain oxidation-treated grapheme, (3) mixing oxidized graphene with a sensitizing solution, and performing sensitization treatment to obtain sensitized grapheme, (4) performing electroless copper plating on the sensitized graphene to obtain copper-plated grapheme, (5) mixing the copper-plated graphene with copper powder to obtain graphene/copper composite powder, (6) cold spraying the graphene/copper composite powder on the substrate to obtain a substrate/graphene/copper composite material sheet and (7) removing the matrix from the matrix/graphene/copper composite sheet to obtain product. The sensitizing solution is stannous chloride, hydrochloric acid and deionized water in ratio of 2-6 g:6-18 ml:100-300 ml. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/copper composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good graphene dispersibility, and a good interface bonding effect between graphene and copper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene/copper composite material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of the process of preparing graphene/copper composite material (Drawing includes non-English language text).
