NOVELTY - Bio-based antibacterial polyester nylon composite superfine fiber comprises: polyester fiber core material (1), nylon fiber (2) and natural antibacterial finishing agent (3); the polyester fiber core material is located at the center, the polyester fiber core material contains an organic antibacterial finishing agent, and cross section of the polyester fiber core material is arranged in the shape of petals or orange petals, the polyester fiber core material includes a core column (11) and several petals (12) arranged around the core column, filling area is provided between the adjacent petals; the nylon fiber is filled in the filling area, winding the polyester fiber core material to set, concave area is set at the outer edge of the nylon fiber; the natural antibacterial finishing agent is filled in the concave area, the natural antibacterial finishing agent is attached and connected to the nylon fiber. USE - Used as bio-based antibacterial polyester nylon composite superfine fiber. ADVANTAGE - The composite superfine fiber: can satisfies the antibacterial effect without excessive use of antibacterial agents that are harmful to the human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing bio-based antibacterial polyester nylon composite superfine fiber comprising (i) mixing 75-85 pts. wt. polyester chips, 25-30 pts. wt. hexanediol, 25-35 pts. wt. isophthalic acid and 5-10 pts. wt. organic antibacterial finishing agent, joining in the screw extruder and carrying out melt extrusion to obtain melt A; (ii) mixing 65-75 pts. wt. nylon chips and 20-25 pts. wt. graphene powder, joining in the screw extruder and carrying out melt extrusion, obtain melt B; (iii) transporting melt A and melt B to the spinning box, delivering respectively in the first discharge channel and the second discharge channel on the first distribution plate of the spinning assembly, filling in the first molding groove and the second molding groove of the second distribution plate, spraying and cooling through the spinneret holes of the spinneret, forming polyester-nylon composite fibers; and (iv) downwards conveying polyester/nylon composite fiber formed by cooling, passing through the particle area filled with natural antibacterial finishing agent, inflating and contracting a elastic contraction tube on the outside of the particle area, making natural antibacterial finishing agent to adhere to the recessed area to form a natural antibacterial finishing module.
