▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing chlorine doped graphene quantum dots comprises electrochemically polymerizing sucralose into chlorine-doped graphene quantum dot in sodium hydroxide electrolyte, adjusting the voltage and the polymerization time, to prepare chlorine doping graphene quantum dots with different oxygen-containing functional group. USE - The chlorine doped graphene quantum dot is useful: for scavenging free radicals and generating free radicals when illuminated (intracellular antioxidants and fuel protection) and visible light sterilization field (claimed), preferably photodynamic therapy and sterilization. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, easy and suitable for mass production; and utilizes easily available raw materials.
