NOVELTY - Preparation of tellurene/graphene hybrid fiber involves adding graphene oxide to tellurene pre-stripping dispersion, ultrasonically processing in constant temperature water bath, centrifuging, collecting bottom layer mixture, dispersing in water, washing, concentrating, drying to obtain mixture of tellurene and graphene oxide, adding water, stirring to obtain mixture, using pulsed tip ultrasound to process mixture, concentrating to obtain tellurene/graphene oxide mixed dispersion, spinning using tellurene/graphene oxide mixed dispersion as spinning dope and glacial acetic acid as coagulation bath, drying, and reducing. USE - Preparation of tellurene/graphene hybrid fiber for flexible photodetector (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides tellurene/graphene hybrid fiber with excellent photoelectric effect.
