NOVELTY - The method involves collecting dust powder or left-over material of bamboo. High-temperature sintering operation is performed for the dust powder in an oxygen atmosphere at 500-1500 degrees Celsius for 0.5-100 hour to obtain self-forming porous bamboo charcoal. A bamboo carbon or charcoal graphite structure is oxidized to obtain oxidized graphite. High temperature sintering operation is performed for the bamboo carbon or charcoal in a low oxygen atmosphere at 500-1000 degrees Celsius for 0.01-0.5 hour to obtain a composite catalyst material. USE - Method for preparing a noble metal nano-particle loaded porous graphene catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method enables enhancing better water and air penetration so as to realize rapid mass conductive reaction. The noble metal nano-particle is firmly attached to an inner wall of a graphene channel and mixed in conducting water and air to form multiple micro-phase reaction areas, so that excellent catalytic activity is performed in an effective manner.
