▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A modified graphene (I) is new. Modified graphene (I) has ratio (g/d) of G band strength (g) and D band strength (d) in Raman spectroscopy of greater than or equal to 1. USE - A modified graphene for modified graphene dispersion and modified graphene resin composite, which is used for forming modified graphene sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Modified graphene has excellent electroconductivity and thermal conductivity, by which functional group is introduced into the surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified graphene of formula Gr1=N-Ar1-X1-(Y1)n1 (I) is new. Modified graphene (I) has ratio (g/d) of G band strength (g) and D band strength (d) in Raman spectroscopy of greater than or equal to 1. Gr1=monolayer graphene or multilayer graphene; Ar1=6-18C arylene; X1=single bond, 1-20C (cyclic) alkylene, or 1-10C (cyclic) alkylene optionally substituted with -O-, -NH, -N-, -CO-, -COO-, -CONH-, and/or arylene; X1=1-20C (cyclic) alkylene or 1-10C (cyclic) alkylene optionally substituted with -O-, -NH, -N-, -CO-, -COO-, -CONH-, and/or arylene; Y1=atom or group bonded to greater than or equal to 1 C of Ar1 when X1 is a single bond, and is selected from H, F, Cl, Br, I, 1-6C fluoroalkyl, CN, nitro, amide, vinyl, carboxylic acid, carboxylate-ester, phosphoric acid, 3-6C alkylsilyl, 3-6C alkylsilyl ether, and/or siloxane; and n1= greater than or equal to 1. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) manufacture of modified graphene (I); (2) modified graphene resin composite containing the modified graphene and a resin; (3) modified graphene sheet which is obtained by curing or molding the resin composite; and (4) modified graphene dispersion containing the modified graphene, and water or organic solvent.
