NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene quantum dot light-emitting component involves adding and heating a homogeneous or heterogeneous noble metal catalyst or semiconductor catalyst in a solution containing dissolved or dispersed hetero atom-containing compound. USE - Manufacture of graphene quantum dot light-emitting component used as wavelength modification material for LCD and blue light illumination source. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the quantum dot with high quantum yield, and excellent reproducibility and luminescent property. The wavelength conversion material improves solar conversion efficiency and high performance bioprobe.
