NOVELTY - Preparing graphene doped perforated material involves adding graphene oxide to water, performing ultrasonic dispersion of mixture to obtain graphene oxide solution, and then adding concentrated nitric acid to graphene oxide solution. Deionized water is added to solution, and then centrifuged, purified, and filtered to obtain filtrate. The filtrate s dried to obtain perforated graphene oxide. The perforated graphene oxide is placed in a high-temperature plasma reactor, where the product is processed at 0.1-5 Pascal pressure. USE - Method for preparing graphene doped perforated material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene doped perforated material involves adding graphene oxide to water, performing ultrasonic dispersion of mixture to obtain graphene oxide solution, and then adding concentrated nitric acid to graphene oxide solution. Deionized water is added to solution, and then centrifuged, purified, and filtered to obtain filtrate. The filtrate s dried to obtain perforated graphene oxide. The perforated graphene oxide is placed in a high-temperature plasma reactor, where the product is processed at 0.1-5 Pascal pressure. The obtained material is heated in a high-temperature plasma reactor at 300-600 degrees C for 10-60 minutes, and then cooled to room temperature to obtain the desired product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a device for preparing graphene doped perforated material, which has high temperature quartz tube type furnace.
