▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite catalyst comprises 1-5 pts. wt. organic titanate, 3-12 pts. wt. organic silicate, 0.005-0.02 pts. wt. a soluble metal salt, 0.0001-0.0005 pts. wt. lanthanide metal, 5-15 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 1-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1-5 pts. wt. reduced graphene oxide, 10-50 pts. wt. polymer emulsion, 1-10 pts. wt. pH regulator, 1-3 pts. wt. chain extender and 10-50 pts. wt. solvent. USE - The composite catalyst is useful for purifying gas in a vehicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite catalyst can enrich and efficiently degrade harmful gases in the vehicle by purifying air inside the vehicle, and improves air quality inside the vehicle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite catalyst, comprising (i) mixing the organic silicate and the organic titanate to obtain a first mixed solution, uniformly mixing cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and a lanthanide metal in water, then dropping the first mixed solution to the mixed system under stirring, adding a pH adjuster to adjust pH of the system to 5.3-6.2. then sealing the mixed system at 100-160 degrees C for 1-4 hours, washed the product by centrifugation, and drying to obtain a first intermediate product, (ii) mixing soluble metal salts, the first intermediate, the reduced graphene oxide and deionized water to prepare a suspension, stirring for 1-2 hours, further adding alkali solution to adjust the pH of the suspension system to 9-10, continuously stirring for 2-3 hours, then allowing stand for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing filter cake and drying at 100-120 degrees C for 10-24 hours, and grinding to 80-100 mesh to obtain a second intermediate product, (iii) ultrasonically dispersing the second intermediate product and the polymer emulsion in a solvent, then adding the chain extender and the foaming agent, uniformly mixing, then microwave reacting for 2-8 minutes, then ultrasonically processing for 10-20 minutes, washing product and drying by centrifugation to obtain a third intermediate product, and (iv) calcining the third intermediate product at 200-250 degrees C for 5-20 minutes, then heating to 300-500 degrees C, and calcining at 300-500 degrees C for 2-6 hours to obtain a composite catalyst.
