NOVELTY - Rubber composition comprises raw rubber, reinforcing filler, vulcanizing agent, a vulcanization accelerator and a softening agent, where the reinforcing filler includes 10-20 pts. wt. graphene based on 100 pts. wt. raw rubber, and the raw rubber, graphene, vulcanizing agent, vulcanization accelerator and softening agent are mixed under water-containing conditions, and then wet masterbatch (WMB) is formed. USE - The rubber composition is useful for manufacturing tire for tire carcass (claimed) of automobiles. ADVANTAGE - The rubber composition improves the tensile properties and electrical conductivity of tire carcass so that static electricity generated from automobiles and tires can be transferred to the ground; and has high aspect ratio and improved dispersibility.
