▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves putting graphene powder in a central area of a microwave reaction chamber. The graphene powder contained in the microwave reaction chamber is heated at temperature of 400 degrees Celsius to 1000 degrees Celsius. Cracking reaction is generated by carbon source gas under action of catalyst at 60 degrees Celsius to obtain carbon nano tube/graphene composite cathode material, where the carbon source gas is one of methane, acetylene and propylene and the catalyst is selected from one of dicyclopentadienyl iron, cobaltocene and ferrocene nickel. USE - Carbon nano tube/graphene composite cathode material preparation method for a lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables avoiding pre-synthesis process, reducing production cost, energy consumption and irreversible capacity of charge and discharging process, shortening production period, and providing high efficiency and better safety effect.
