USE - The method is useful for preparing single yarn temperature sensor. ADVANTAGE - The single yarn temperature sensor has extremely high sensitivity, fast response time, good cycle stability, bending resistance, good resolution and can monitor slight fluctuations of 0.1℃. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing single yarn temperature sensor comprises (a) etching on the carrier, packing the part without etching, protecting with solid paraffin, using solution to etch insulating channels of different widths on the carrier, dissolving the paraffin with chloroform after completing the etching, cleaning, (b) taking acrylate as monomer, azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, polymerizing at 75℃ for 12 hours, adding the polymerization solution drop wise into ethanol after completing polymerization, vacuum-drying the obtained temperature-sensitive polymer to obtain a solid powder-shaped temperature-sensitive polymer, (c) mixing the solid powder-shaped temperature-sensitive polymer with the conductive filler, mixing with a solvent to obtain a temperature-sensitive slurry, (d) coating the temperature-sensitive slurry on the etching channel of a single yarn, naturally drying and (e) using polydimethylsiloxane for encapsulation, coating the polydimethylsiloxane precursor solution on the temperature-sensitive channel, soaking in silicone oil at 180℃ for 5 seconds and quickly curing to obtain a single yarn temperature sensor.
