▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Doping a graphene layer (2), comprises: (a) depositing the graphene layer on a carrier substrate (1), (b) removing the carrier substrate (1) from the graphene layer in a first liquid, and (c) applying the graphene layer on a surface region of a target substrate to be coated in a second liquid. A material for doping the graphene layer is deposited at least on the surface region of the target substrate to be coated, before the graphene layer in the second liquid is applied on the surface region of the target substrate to be coated. USE - The method is useful for doping a graphene layer. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures long-term stability of the doped graphene layer.
