▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A method for molybdenum catalytic growth of graphene on an insulating substrate involves sputtering molybdenum metal on insulating substrate, oxidizing, carbonizing, growing graphene by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), removing the molybdenum metal layer, and finishing molybdenum catalytic growth of graphene on the insulating substrate. USE - Method for molybdenum catalytic growth of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method easily blows off the molybdenum metal layer by high-speed airflow, and directly obtains the graphene on the surface of the insulating substrate.
