NOVELTY - Light stimuli responsive nano composite fiber comprises nanocarbon material as filler and silicon rubber as substrate according to the weight ratio of 0.05-5:100, where the carbon nano-material is carbon nano tube, graphene or graphene oxide. USE - The light stimuli-responsive nano-composite fiber is useful for preparing actuator. ADVANTAGE - The light stimuli responsive nano composite fiber can be prepared in a simple, rapid and a controllable manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing light stimulating responsive nanometer composite fiber comprising (1) dispersing 1-10 mg/ml of carbon nano-material into an organic solvent and then carrying out ultrasonic processing for 0.5-12 hours, (2) dispersing liquid silicon rubber in the nano-carbon material suspension at 40-90 degrees C and then carrying out ultrasonic processing for 0.5-5 hours, adding silicon rubber curing agent with the dispersion and then stirring for 0.5-4 hours to obtain uniform mixed solution and (3) uniformly mixing the obtained liquid into 0.5-10 ml bath medium at 100-160 degrees C, uniformly mixing in the liquid silicon rubber and the silicon rubber curing agent and then heating to react for 5-30 minutes.
