▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A hole sealing solution of self-repairing high corrosion-resistant sealing material, comprises 10-80 wt.% silazane, 0.01-10 wt.% siloxane and 0.01-10 wt.% silane coupling agent, 0.01-1 wt.% graphene, 0.1-3 wt.% polyisocyanate, 0.05-1.0 wt.% pH regulator and balance deionized water. USE - Hole-sealing solution of self-repairing high corrosion-resistance sealing material is used by spraying on surface of micro-arc oxidation coating which is then dried, solidified or allowed to stand, then naturally dried and solidified (claimed) in metal surface treatment fields. ADVANTAGE - The hole-sealing solution of self-repairing high corrosion-resistance sealing material, obtained by cross-linking and coupling the sealing solution with polysilazane as main component, enables to effectively seal the micropores of micro-arc oxidation coating, and effectively blocks the penetration of corrosive media, to enhance anti-corrosion, wear and impact resistance and functional characteristics of micro-arc oxidation coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of hole sealing solution of self-repairing high corrosion-resistant sealing material, which involves: 1) uniformly mixing the raw materials except pH regulator to obtain clear mixed solution; 2) adding the pH regulator to the mixed solution, so that the pH is 7- 9.
