NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene thermal conductive double-sided adhesive involves mixing thermally conductive filler with graphene powder to obtain graphene coated thermal conductive filler, adding dispersion, mixing with silane coupling agent and ethanol, stirring to obtain composite thermal insulation filler, uniformly mixing colloid and composite thermal insulation filler, coating two single-faced adhesive as carrier to release paper or release film, mixing, adhering two single-face glue to reinforced substrate, removing two single-sided thermal adhesive from substrate, and rolling. USE - Preparation of graphene thermal conductive double-sided adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene thermal conductive double-sided adhesive with high thermal conductivity and high insulation property.
