▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite phase change microcapsule comprises (1) mixing phase change material and graphene oxide solution according to mass ratio of 100-200:1000-2500 to obtain a mixed solution; (2) carrying pre-reduction treatment by: adding a reducing agent to mixed solution and stirring evenly; (3) carrying granulation treatment by: condensing and spraying the solution treated in step (2) into blast chamber to obtain capsule particles of pre-reduced graphene oxide composite phase change material, and wrapping reducing agent in the capsule particles; and (4) carrying out thermal reduction treatment to capsule particles of the pre-reduced graphene oxide composite phase change material in the temperature range of 40-150°C and under condition of gradually increasing temperature, to obtain graphene-coated phase-change material capsule particles. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite phase change microcapsule. ADVANTAGE - The method: can gradually removes functional groups on the surface of graphene oxide to obtain graphene composite phase change microcapsules, dense graphene shell material solves the problem of easy leakage of the core material, and actively improves the efficiency of heat storage and release of phase change microcapsules.
