NOVELTY - Preparing casting nylon/graphene nanocomposite material comprises (i) pre-dispersing graphene in molten polyamide monomer, where the amount of the graphene is 0.001-30% by mass of the polyamide monomer; (ii) adding catalyst activator and other additive into the pre-dispersed graphene/polyamide monomer mixture molten solution, and carrying out in situ anionic ring-opening polymerization. USE - Used as casting nylon/graphene nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has strength, modulus and thermal property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the casting nylon/graphene nanocomposite material prepared by the above method.
