NOVELTY - Preparing waterborne graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive coating involves preparing a silicone-modified waterborne epoxy emulsion, preparing modified graphene powder, preparing component A of graphene water-based anticorrosive coating, preparing component B of waterborne epoxy curing agent BH-653, and using component A and component B according to the mass ratio to obtain waterborne graphene anticorrosive paint. USE - Method for preparing waterborne graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare waterborne graphene heavy-duty anticorrosive coating reduces the dosage of zinc powder, and reaches corrosion lifetime for 15 years.
