▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A modified carbon fiber composite material rod comprises a carbon fiber composite material rod and an amorphous alloy strip set in the carbon fiber composite material rod. The carbon fiber composite material rod is made of carbon fiber prepreg cloth. The carbon fiber prepreg is fixed with two of the amorphous alloy strip. The amorphous alloy strip is made of one of amorphous alloy such as zirconium-based amorphous alloy, cobalt-based amorphous alloy, iron-based amorphous alloy, titanium-based amorphous alloy, and nickel-based amorphous alloy. A surface of the amorphous alloy strip is coated with surface treatment agent. The surface treatment agent is one of coupling agent, aqueous carbon nanotube slurry, graphene slurry, and thermoplastic resin particles. USE - Modified carbon fiber composite material rod for preparing fishing rod, bow arm, arrow shaft, building tension rod and golf rod (claimed). Can also be used in sports equipment and mechanical fittings. ADVANTAGE - The modified carbon fiber composite material rod is simple and easy to produce, uses high performance amorphous alloy for reinforcing and toughening, and increases the elastic energy storage and internal friction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following:1. the production method of modified carbon fiber composite material rod, which involves (1) smelting 4 times to prepare an alloy ingot with uniform composition into an amorphous alloy strip under the protection of inert atmosphere, (2) mechanically polishing a surface of the amorphous alloy strip, so that the surface roughness of the amorphous alloy strip is 0.8-12.5 ~mm, (3) processing a surface of amorphous alloy strip using surface treatment agent, placing the two amorphous alloy strips after the surface treatment on a carbon fiber prepreg cloth, rolling and forming, and (4) winding a surface of the rolled carbon fiber composite material rod with a plastic belt, and sending to a curing oven for curing; and 2. the application of the modified carbon fiber composite material rod in preparation of fishing rod, bow arm, arrow shaft, building tension rod and golf rod.
