NOVELTY - Preparing process-controlled carbonyl fluoride (COF)/graphene oxide ultra-thin film involves using carbonyl fluoride nanosheet and a graphene oxide nanosheet (GO). The functionalized material is a CTF-BTD/GO ultra-thin film for the effective separation of hydrogen (H2)/carbon dioxide (CO2) and H2/nitrogen (N2), H2/methane (CH4). USE - Method for preparing process-controlled carbonyl fluoride (COF)/graphene oxide ultra-thin film in a H2/CO2 separation system used to industrial high-throughput separation of H2/CO2 continuous operation, where object to be separated comprises a mixture of H2/CO2, H2/N2, H2/CH4 (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare process-controlled carbonyl fluoride (COF)/graphene oxide ultra-thin film, which has important reference significance for the preparation and application of ultra-thin films with controlled separation properties in the lateral dimension.
