▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Heat radiating polymer composite comprises 100 pts. wt. thermoplastic polymeric resin, and thermally conductive additives containing 0.1-2 pts. wt. carbon nanotube having bundle-like structure with diameter of 5-15 nm, length of 5-500 mu m, and apparent volume of 0.02 g/cm3, 2-20 pts. wt. graphene nano-plate having thickness of 1 mu m, and horizontal length of 3-50 mu m, and 5-30 pts. wt. expanded graphite having horizontal length of less than or equal to 100 mu m. The molded product of composite has isotropic thermal conductivity (k) of 0.5-50 W/mx K. USE - The composite is useful to produce heat sink for light-emitting diode lamps (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite improves tensile strength, moldability and impact resistance properties of heat sink. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Heat radiating polymer composite comprises 100 pts. wt. thermoplastic polymeric resin, and thermally conductive additives containing 0.1-2 pts. wt. carbon nanotube having bundle-like structure with diameter of 5-15 nm, length of 5-500 mu m, and apparent volume of 0.02 g/cm3, 2-20 pts. wt. graphene nano-plate having thickness of 1 mu m, and horizontal length of 3-50 mu m, and 5-30 pts. wt. expanded graphite having horizontal length of less than or equal to 100 mu m. The molded product of composite has isotropic thermal conductivity (k) of 0.5-50 W/mx K, obtained using equation k is equal to ((kxy2)kz)1/3, where kxy is in-plane thermal conductivity of the molded product, and kz is through-plane thermal conductivity. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing heat radiating polymer composite, comprising (a) producing mixture of thermally conductive additive using thermoplastic polymer resin, dispersant, carbon nanotubes, graphene nano-plate or expanded graphite, (b) stirring the mixture at speed of 30-300 revolutions per minute for 15-30 minutes, heating thermoplastic polymer resin surface at more than 40 degrees C, and adsorbing the dispersant and the heat-conductive additive on surface of the thermoplastic polymer resin, (c) heating the mixture to produce molten mixture, and (d) compressing the molten mixture.
