▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite porous ceramic filter material with long-term antimicrobial effect, obtained by coating an inorganic coating layer on the surface of a porous ceramic filter material substrate, where the pore diameter of the micropores on the porous ceramic filter substrate is 2-0.1 mm, and the porosity is 40-90%; the inorganic coating layer comprises an inorganic adhesive, nanoparticles accounting for 1-5 wt.% the adhesive, and micronano zinc selenide accounting for 0-1.5 wt.% of the adhesive; the binder comprises cement, concrete, gypsum, organosilicone, phosphate, silicate, and/or borate adhesives; the nanoparticles comprises titanium dioxide nanoparticles, zinc oxide nanoparticles, silica nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles, copper nanoparticles, and/or reduced graphene oxide nanoparticles; the coating amount of the inorganic coating layer is coated according to weight of binder therein accounting for 6-21% of the total weight of composite porous ceramic filter material. USE - The filter material is used in petrochemical field, pharmacy field, brewing field and high temperature flue gas dust removing field. ADVANTAGE - The composite porous ceramic filter material has long-acting antimicrobial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation of composite porous ceramic filter material.
