NOVELTY - Modified epoxy polyurethane sealant comprises 10-20 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. vinyl ester resin, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.01-0.2 pts. wt. octadecylamine, 5-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 10-30 pts. wt. propylene oxide, 30-50 pts. wt. dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, 30-60 pts. wt. polyether triol, 1-3 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 1-5 pts. wt. polyaziridine crosslinking agent, 1-5 pts. wt. diethyltoluenediamine, 2-8 pts. wt. curing agent, and 20-30 pts. wt. solvent. The epoxy equivalent of the bisphenol A epoxy resin is 180-200 g/mol. The vinyl ester resin is vinyl ester resin 411, vinyl ester resin 806, vinyl ester resin 430 or vinyl ester resin 901. The curing agent is a compound curing agent of polyetheramine and polythiol in a mass ratio of 9:1. The solvent is acetone, absolute ethanol, or toluene. USE - Used as modified epoxy polyurethane sealant. ADVANTAGE - The sealant has excellent mechanical properties, good adhesion performance, good weather resistance, high temperature resistance, and good electrical insulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modified epoxy polyurethane sealant comprises 10-20 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. vinyl ester resin, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.01-0.2 pts. wt. octadecylamine, 5-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 10-30 pts. wt. propylene oxide, 30-50 pts. wt. dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, 30-60 pts. wt. polyether triol, 1-3 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 1-5 pts. wt. polyaziridine crosslinking agent, 1-5 pts. wt. diethyltoluenediamine, 2-8 pts. wt. curing agent, and 20-30 pts. wt. solvent.
